‘Double Dark’ is re-spooled 250 iso Kodak Eastman 5222 Motion Picture Film, using recycled film and plastic canisters. Designed with versatility in mind, it’s capable of being shot in low light, daylight and tungsten (studio) situations. Some of its characteristics include rich blacks and an incredible sharpness. Shooting in an overcast environment will provide great midtones, whilst retaining highlight and shadow detail - however in harsh lighting situations we recommend metering for the highlights, as these details can be quickly lost. 

Each roll of ‘Double Dark’ comes with 20% off Development and Scanning when brought back to Silver Halide Studios for processing - saving almost $5 per roll! Once we have developed your roll, each film cannister will then be reloaded and sold with new film - in an attempt to re-use as many materials as possible! ♻️
